The FIA Formula 3 European Cup starts into its third season in 2015 and is now one of the international top series. RAVENOL has been part of it from the beginning as a team and a partner of the series alike. Still present as "Presenter Lifestream" in 2013, they have acted as official lubricant partner of the series in 2014 and at the same time cooperate with Van Amersfoort Racing. From 2015 onwards, Team Motopark Academy is added as a technical partner.
The FIA Formula 3 EM can be considered the A-Level class of Formula 1. The best example is Max Verstappen. The Dutchman, who will debut in Formula 1 next weekend, competed in FIA Formula 3 for Van Amersfoort Racing in 2014.
The figures of the 2014 season speak a clear language. All in all, 653,500 fans visit the races at the race tracks. The season final alone saw 155,000 and the Norisring in Nuremberg was visited by 121,000 persons. 53 million spectators observe the TV reports on the championship in Europe. In Asia, there were 66 million fans. The live stream on the official series website were viewed by 27,000 Motorsports enthusiasts per racing weekend on average. The official website was also visited three times as often as in the entire year of 2013 in the first three months of 2014, accumulating more than 840,000 visitors.
