End of season for the FIA Formula 3 European Championships

Last weekend the final FIA Formula 3 championship event took place in Hockenheim. Esteban Ocon had secured the overall championship, and was new champion of the promising junior series even before the season’s final race. Winners of the final three races were Max Verstappen, Tom Blomqvist and Lucas Auer, who fell in behind Ocon in the overall standings. Tom Blowqvist was able to clinch the runner-up position with 420 points ahead of Max Verstappen (411 points). The young Dutchman won’t mind too much, however, as he is about to launch his career in Formula 1 and is taking his place in the Scuderia Torro Rosso team.

RAVENOL is theofficial series partner and also technical partner of the Van Amersfoort Racing Team. Verstappen’s team colleagues finished the season in 11th position (Gustavo Menezes) and 17th position (Jules Szymkoviak).
