RAVENOL Freeze-Shock-Rust-Spray

RAVENOL Freeze-Shock-Rust-Spray is a highly effective special product for reliably loosening heavily corroded and stuck metal connections.

RAVENOL Freeze-Shock-Rust-Spray was developed specifically for applications where conventional rust removers are no longer sufficient. The combination of powerful active ingredients with excellent capillary action and a specifically applied freeze-shock effect effectively loosens extremely stuck and rusted components and makes them removable.

RAVENOL Freeze-Shock-Rust-Spray causes the metal to shrink rapidly with its special freeze-shock effect, creating fine cracks in the rust layer. The rust remover can penetrate deep into these cracks, penetrate the rust and significantly reduce the adhesion between the components. This makes disassembly much easier and reduces the amount of force required as well as the risk of damage to the components.

RAVENOL Freeze-Shock-Rust-Spray is suitable for universal use in workshops, industry, crafts and maintenance.

RAVENOL Freeze-Shock-Rust-Spray is perfect for use on the following metal components:

Bolts, screw connections, bearings, shafts, joints, hinges and many other connections that are difficult to dismantle.

Application Note

RAVENOL Freeze-Shock-Rust-Spray must be shaken thoroughly before use and the can must be held upright or at a slight angle during application. Remove loose rust and dirt particles as far as possible.

RAVENOL Freeze-Shock-Rust-Spray should be sprayed on from a distance of approx. 20 to 30 cm. Depending on the depth of the connection, allow time for the product to take effect so that it can fully penetrate the cracks in the rust. In cases of particularly severe corrosion, repeat the process (several times) and allow additional time for the product to take effect.

Note:

Do not store under pressure, above +50°C or in direct sunlight.
