RAVENOL Agrar Synto SAE 10W-40 is a semi-synthetic, multi-grade, low-friction agricultural engine oil designed for highly supercharged diesel engines under heavy loads. It is ideally suited for use in mixed fleets in agriculture.
RAVENOL Agrar Synto SAE 10W-40 is a super long-life engine oil for diesel engines with and without turbocharging in tractors, agricultural vehicles, and agricultural machinery. Suitable for extended oil change intervals and applications in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
Application Note
RAVENOL Agrar Synto SAE 10W-40 has a significantly higher performance than conventional agricultural diesel engine oils. Internationally, such oils are referred to as UHPD oils. (UHPD = Ultra-High-Performance-Diesel-Oil). Regardless of the respective mileage, older diesel engines can also be converted to RAVENOL Agrar Synto SAE 10W-40 without flushing. Ideally suited for use in mixed fleets.
Characteristics
- High wear protection even under continuous loads at full engine power
- Fuel consumption reduction thanks to smooth running characteristics
- Rapid oil circulation after start-up, reducing cold start and warm-up wear
- Protection against corrosion even when using diesel fuels with higher sulfur content
- Reduction of exhaust particles
- Protects against corrosion, even when using diesel fuels with high sulfur content
- Reliable protection against deposits, sludge formation, and sticking, both under exceptionally high thermal loads and in everyday operation in all seasons
- Optimal compatibility with sealing materials
- Environmentally friendly due to longer oil change intervals and low evaporation losses
